Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DIGITAL STUDIO2's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

DIGITAL STUDIO2 provides digital agency services including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, branding, and digital marketing. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, ensuring we adapt to the latest technological standards and client needs.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, designs, and content created by DIGITAL STUDIO2 remain the property of DIGITAL STUDIO2 until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers strictly to the client, while we retain rights to our underlying tools and methodologies.

  • Standard 50% upfront deposit required to commence all projects.
  • Final payment is due upon project completion sign-off and before final deployment/delivery.
  • Monthly retainer fees (e.g., SEO, Maintenance) are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.

Clients are responsible for providing clear project briefs, necessary assets (logos, images, text), and timely feedback during approval stages. Delays in client provision may result in project timeline extensions. We work best when collaboration is proactive and transparent.

DIGITAL STUDIO2 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
